"Check it out,dude!" use to call someone to look,watch something when you want to show them.
For the example :
Namz : Psh!!* u got a pencil, Golf?
Golf : yeah.
When you want to say call your friend but you afraid someone hear you then you can say "psh" (ผะ-ฉิ) but if you make eyes rolling mean " man,ahh u stop talkin like this" if you make disgusting face and say this word mean "eww" or another word you can say "pfft"
For the example:
Golf: Yo,namz, Can i have my pencil back??
Namz: nah,it's mine now ;p
Golf: Psh!!! Yo! pencil fight?
Namz : Um, we're supposed to be taking notes dude*..
Golf: Check it, Mr.Byran's gone!

if you call only guy that mean only your friends boy but if you put "S" or "guys" that mean all friends boys and girls.
